Request account deletion
Delete your account from app settings, or contact us for help identifying the right one. The learning app and the translator keep separate accounts.
Identify the right account
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account, then review the confirmation. If you cannot access the app, email contact@frlingo.com from your account address when possible. Specify learning or translator; guest users can include their in-app user ID if available. Never send passwords or authentication tokens. Ownership may need verification before a support request can be processed.
Purchases are separate
Deleting an app or account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Manage an active subscription in the store account used for the purchase.
Retention questions
Ask which data can be removed and which records may need to be retained. Do not assume deleting local history also deletes every server or provider record.
